What is included in the exhibitor fee?

• Table, chairs and a tablecloth
• Complementary refreshments during the day
• Facebook post promoting your business on our wall, plus Instagram stories leading up to the event

How much does it cost to exhibit?

Our costs are very competitive for the service that we provide and stands start from £85 +VAT per day. We like to keep our costs as low as we can, in order to help small businesses grow in this competitive industry.

Can we choose the location of our stand?

We do not offer pre-allocated pitch locations as every event is different. We consider all stand requirements and setup styles and try our best to ensure that companies who offer similar services are not next to or opposite one another, so a lot of time and effort is put into creating a bespoke floor plan for each event.

How many of each trade type will you have?

We usually have a maximum of three similar trade types at each of our events.

What are the opening hours of the fair?

• We open our doors to the public at 11:00am Saturday and the fair will finish at 4:00pm.
• On Sunday we will open to the public at 12noon and finish at 4:00pm.

When can we set up?

9:00am on Saturday, 10:00am on Sunday, however, you MUST be on site an hour before doors open to the public.

How do we book a space?

The best way to book is by filling out our booking form. Once we have received your booking form, we will then contact you with further details.

Can I reserve a space and pay later?

We are unable to reserve spaces and we book spaces on a first come, first served basis to make it fair for everyone.

Ballroom: 4ft round table £85.00 +VAT per day

Ballroom: 2m square table £175.00 + VAT per day

Regency & Lounge: 4ft round table £60 +VAT per day

Regency & Lounge: 2m square table £125 +VAT per day
